The Fill Your Cup Wholistic Winter Wellness Challenge is all about creating meaningful, lasting self-care habits that bring balance and joy to your life. From December 21st (22nd, 23rd, 24th or 25th – you choose) to March 19th, you’ll focus on simple, weekly practices that help you sleep better, eat mindfully, and move your body with intention, all while connecting with a supportive community that’s here to cheer you on. Let’s fill our cups together, one drop at a time!

 

What to Expect:

 

Clear Guidance, Simple Steps

  • Each week, you’ll receive tips and activities focused on improving sleep, nourishing your body, or getting active—one small change at a time.
  • Everything is designed to be doable, no matter your starting point.

A Supportive Community

  • Share your progress and “wins” on the SPA Society Social Network.
  • Swap ideas, inspire each other, and celebrate your milestones together.

Earn Points and Rewards

  • Earn points for every action you take, from logging a win to cheering others on.
  • Reach milestone points for recognition and a chance to win fabulous wellness prizes.
  • Everyone who reaches the target points will be entered into our grand prize drawing!

All participants will be invited to an upcoming wellness event or offered special access and pricing to our Year of Self-Care and Transformation program.

  1. Sign Up – Join the SPA Society Social Network to access all challenge updates, resources, and community engagement.
  2. Download the Quick Start Guide (Available on the SPA Society Social Network or before December 19th)- Once you’ve joined, you’ll receive your Quick Start Guide with everything you need to jump in, including tips to get the most out of your challenge.
  3. Start Filling Your Cup- Follow the weekly prompts, track your progress, and share your wins to earn points and stay motivated. It’s that simple!
